GoToTags is hiring a full-time inbound sales person in our Seattle office. GoToTags is a 5 yr/old tech startup with a small, but growing passionate team looking to change how people interact with technology in the physical world. Job Duties
  • Responsible for inbound customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Collect customer opportunity requirements, research customers, collect missing information, generate quotes and place orders
  • Educate customers on the technology, products and services
  • Setup examples and demos of our software for customers
  • Work closely with other teams; sales, engineering, support, finance and management to gather information for customers
  • Respond to high-priority customer inquiries off-hours
  • Other office tasks as needed (it’s a startup)
Job Requirements
  • 2+ yrs experience working in a sales position for technical products
  • Strong preference given to those with retail sales experience (Apple Store, Microsoft Store, …)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) a bonus
  • VERY strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills; self-tasking and prioritization; we are very fast paced!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capable at using the Internet to figure things out for yourself
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly and be able to improve on existing processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate, spelling, grammar
  • General business math, financial and analytical skills
  • Able to work at our Seattle office on Eastlake by UW
  • High school diploma required
  • Can work in a dog friendly office
  • Full time W2 employee
  • 45+ hrs/week; some time will be after hours, out-of-office
  • Base salary
  • Profit sharing; we work as a team so no individual sales commissions
