As a Technical Evangelist at GoToTags, you’ll be the voice and pen behind our innovative products. Your mission is to create captivating content that drives commercial traffic and develop informative materials supporting our software, hardware, and robotics products. Collaborating with our dynamic team, you’ll craft messages that resonate with our audience, from detailed blog posts and technical help articles to engaging YouTube videos.
As the lead for our small but growing marketing team, you will have two primary goals:
The content you develop must be optimized for maximum impact across a variety of channels, including our website, blog, help center, ecommerce platform, YouTube, ad campaigns, email marketing and social media.
You’ll be responsible for identifying what content needs to be created or updated, producing that content, publishing it, and tracking performance via analytics. Wash, rinse, repeat!
Success in this role requires you to become an expert in RFID and GoToTags, which means digging deep into the tech. The entire content development process will be augmented with AI. While you’ll receive support from the broader team to identify needs and brainstorm ideas, the responsibility for content execution lies mostly with you.

GoToTags is experiencing rapid organic growth and is expanding the customer relationship team. Play a key role in our sales strategy as a first point of contact with potential customers. Gain full-time experience in our technology centric organization that connects physical things to digital experiences. Execute front-line customer communication, answer technical questions and establish positive relationships with the expanding customer base. Grow with us, beyond the customer communication into creating process improvement, manage customer accounts.

With primary leads coming through inbound queries and sales, you will prioritize and follow through on the leads to develop and grow customer revenue. In most cases you will own the customer relationship from order inquiry to completed sale while the
operational team supports the order fulfillment.
