GoToTags is building a top-tier, high-performing software and hardware engineering team to build a Connected Things platform. The platform will use modern technologies, tools and practices that spans cloud, desktop apps, mobile apps and industrial robotics. Do you want to be a part of that team? GoToTags is hiring an experienced front end web developer to build the web applications for the platform.
The GoToTags Cloud manages the configuration, life cycle, actions and history of Connected Things tags; integrating NFC, UHF RFID, barcode and other tag technologies. This requires complex setup, integration with external systems and generates a lot of data. The administration website is where the bulk of this work is done and the results are visualized and analyzed; you will be responsible for these web applications. Your focus will be on creating the user experience and visual design of sophisticated features and workflows, while other team members are focused on back-end services, data and client applications. Often you will be the voice of the user; pitching features and changes to allow for a better user experience. Success will require you to become an expert in Connected Things and GoToTags; this means digging deep into the technology and the mind of the users. GoToTags is a software solutions provider connecting physical things to digital experiences. Additionally, GoToTags produces, customizes and ships physical tags and hardware products to customers worldwide. The GoToTags operations team manages inventory, fulfills orders, operates inbound and outbound logistics, completes customized encoding and printing as required by our customers, and performs quality assurance procedures throughout the processes. As a Technical Evangelist at GoToTags, you’ll be the voice and pen behind our innovative products. Your mission is to create captivating content that drives commercial traffic and develop informative materials supporting our software, hardware, and robotics products. Collaborating with our dynamic team, you’ll craft messages that resonate with our audience, from detailed blog posts and technical help articles to engaging YouTube videos.
As the lead for our small but growing marketing team, you will have two primary goals:
The content you develop must be optimized for maximum impact across a variety of channels, including our website, blog, help center, ecommerce platform, YouTube, ad campaigns, email marketing and social media.
You’ll be responsible for identifying what content needs to be created or updated, producing that content, publishing it, and tracking performance via analytics. Wash, rinse, repeat!
Success in this role requires you to become an expert in RFID and GoToTags, which means digging deep into the tech. The entire content development process will be augmented with AI. While you’ll receive support from the broader team to identify needs and brainstorm ideas, the responsibility for content execution lies mostly with you.

Execute front-line customer communication, answer technical questions and establish positive relationships with the expanding customer base. With primary leads coming through inbound queries and sales, you will prioritize and follow through on the leads to develop and grow customer revenue. In most cases you will own the customer relationship from order inquiry to completed sale while the
operational team supports the order fulfillment.
