As the lead for our small yet important and growing marketing team you will have two primary goals: (1) create compelling content around Connected Things and GoToTags to drive commercial traffic and (2) develop informative content supporting the use of our software and products. Content development must be optimized for maximum impact across various channels including our website, blog articles, help site, ecommerce site, YouTube channel, advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media and others. You will be responsible for identifying what content needs to be created or updated, getting the content produced, publishing the content and tracking the content’s efficacy via analytics. Wash, rinse, repeat! Success will require you to become an expert in Connected Things and GoToTags; this means digging deep into the technology. Support from the entire team will help to identify content needs and to create content; but ultimate responsibility lies with you. GoToTags is building a top-tier, high-performing software and hardware engineering team to build a Connected Things platform. The platform will use modern technologies, tools and practices that spans cloud, desktop apps, mobile apps and industrial robotics. Do you want to be a part of that team? GoToTags is hiring an experienced developer to create commercial and industrial desktop apps that integrate with hardware sensors, robotics and cloud services.
The GoToTags platform manages the configuration, life cycle, actions and history of Connected Things tags; integrating NFC, UHF RFID, barcode and other tag technologies. While the Cloud software provides online data management and analytics, the desktop software and hardware does the difficult technical work of working with tags of different technologies for a variety of processes. This means writing low-level code to integrate with sensors and robotic tag encoding systems, applications for the control and workflow of this hardware and integration to the cloud. Your focus will be on the specific feature set of the desktop software and integrating with new tag and hardware components. Other team members will be focused on the cloud for data management and access to online services which the desktop software will consume. You will also write embedded code for the robotics, and work with other team members for the mechanical and electrical engineering and manufacturing. You will need to become the low-level technical expert and be able to bring that understanding to the entire company. Your desk will be a mess; full of different external hardware, tags and electronics components. You can sit down with a 100+ page technical spec, make sense of it and then write code for it. Success will require you to become an expert in Connected Things and GoToTags; this means digging deep into the low-level technology and the mind and processes of the users. The GoToTags Cloud manages the configuration, life cycle, actions and history of Connected Things tags; integrating NFC, UHF RFID, barcode and other tag technologies. This requires complex setup, integration with external systems and generates a lot of data. The back-end of the Cloud provides access to services and data via APIs for all client applications; you will be responsible for these services. Your focus will be on what services and data are needed, how data is represented, how the services are accessed, performance, scalability and security. Other team members will be focused on the client application; their specific features, UX and UI. You will be the focal point and leader of the Cloud; working with other team members and users to understand their requirements and unify them into a common and consistent feature set. Success will require you to become an expert in Connected Things and GoToTags; this means digging deep into the technology and the mind of the users. GoToTags is experiencing rapid organic growth and is ready for a driven Sales Representative to over deliver on our potential. Play a key role in our sales strategy as a first point of contact with potential customers. Create a strong, highly professional
first impression demonstrating GoToTags’ unique value propositions and manage customer accounts through the purchase order process through an organized and repeatable process.
With primary leads coming through inbound queries and sales, you will prioritize and follow-through on the leads to develop and grow customer revenue. In most cases you will own the customer relationship from order inquiry to completed sale while the
