NFC Forum
The NFC Forum is a non-profit industry organization comprised of business that span the entire NFC ecosystem. The NFC Forum’s primary purpose is to define a set of interoperability standards for NFC tags, devices and applications. Beyond standards, the NFC Forum encourages the usage and development of NFC, provides educational content and compliance tests.

N-Mark
The NFC Forum created it’s own trademarked logo to visually identify NFC tags, devices and applications called the N-Mark. Usage of this logo is governed by the NFC Forum.
The N-Mark is not often used for NFC projects as it is generally considered to not be a good logo, with too many similarities to the Bluetooth logo and the Nespresso logo.
