RF Field

Within Connected Things, the RF field describes the 3D area of space around an RFID device in which the device can successfully perform operations. The size and shape of the RF field is complex and is determined by the tag technology, materials used, available power, interference and several other factors. The only practical way to determine the RF field is via real-world testing.
