Cloud Account Type

An account is a data type in the GoToTags Cloud that allows for access to Cloud functionality.

An account is primarily represented by a unique, verified email address. The email address of an account can not be changed. Users can share accounts, and generic emails can be used (operations@company.com) if it is convenient for their operational workflow. However email addresses are regularly verified so the users will need to have access to the shared email inbox to receive the verification code. Accounts do not have passwords, only email verification.
