NFC Standards

NFC is comprised of a set of standards defining the working interaction of the technology from the physical layer through the communication, data formatting and application layers. These standards ensure that NFC tags, NFC devices and NFC software from different manufacturers can work interoperably. Most standards are governed by the ISO and NFC Forum.
