Desktop App Release v4.21.1
The Desktop App v4.21.0 was released on December 9th, 2024. This release fixes a bug with type 4 NFC tag locking.

- Fixed an issue where type 4 NFC tags would never successfully lock
- Fixed an issue causing NTAG424 DNA tags to never have their keys set if locking was not enabled in NFC encoding operations
