Desktop App Release v4.28.2
The Desktop App v4.28.2 was released on August 11th, 2025. This release adds support for new UHF RFID chip types and fixes some small issues with reading UHF tags.
Features
The following are new and improved features for the Desktop App. If you would like to see a specific addition to the Desktop App, request a feature.
- Added support for Impinj M830 and M850 UHF RFID tags
- Increased the maximum power for UHF readers from 20 to 30
Bug Fixes
The following are new bug fixes in the Desktop App. If you find a bug in the Desktop App, submit a bug report.
- Fixed an issue causing unsupported UHF chips to display an improper error
