Desktop App Language Translations

The default language of the Desktop App is English and the app has been partially translated into several other languages. Not all content in the app is or will be translated; our intention is to get most of the UI translated to the point the app is generally usable by someone that is fluent in the translated language but also knows English as a second language. The translations are not perfect and in some cases wrong; contributions and corrrection from users is appreciated. Additional language translations can be added if requested by enough users.

The Desktop App has been partially translated into the following languages:

  • Chinese – Traditional
  • Croatian
  • Dutch
  • English (default)
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Spanish

Contributions

Contributions from the user community to enhance and/or fix translations is encouraged; Google Translate only does so much. To submit a correction, please create an issue in our public GitLab Desktop App v4 project. In the future we will be enhancing this process to allow for easier user contributions.
