Shipment Origins
The GoToTags Store ships orders to most countries. Shipments from the GoToTags Store originate in several countries including the US, Canada and China. Inventory is held in the US and Canada for domestic shipments to addresses within those countries.
The shipment origin of a product is listed within the Specifications tab on the product page. The customer can also contact the GoToTags Store prior to checkout to confirm the shipment origin of an order.
Shipment Tracking
An automated email will be sent from the GoToTags Store shipping system with shipment courier information and a tracking number if shipment tracking is available for an order.
The customer should check their email SPAM folder if they do not receive a shipment email. Shipment information can also be viewed by logging in to a customer account and accessing the order history.
It can take several hours after a tracking number is created for the shipment courier’s system to reflect movement of the shipment.
Shipping Incoterms – International Orders
The GoToTags Store ships most international orders via Ex Works (EXW Origin) Incoterms but for particular orders the GoToTags Store will use Free Carrier (FCA) or Free on Board (FOB Origin).
The customer is responsible for all original shipping charges and applicable customs import duties and fees. Couriers typically hold a shipment for a short period of time before abandoning it or returning it to the GoToTags Store if the customer does not pay the assessed fees. Abandoned products will not be delivered and the customer will not be refunded. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund if a refused delivery is sent back to the GoToTags Store.
Shipment Delivery Issues
During the packing process, shipments from the GoToTags Store are checked and documented to ensure successful delivery. In the rare case of a delivery issue, please contact the GoToTags Store with the following details:
- Order number
- Shipment tracking number
The GoToTags Store will work with the customer and the shipment courier to resolve the issue. The order will be reshipped or refunded if a package is lost at the fault of the shipment courier.
Split Shipments
The GoToTags Store self-checkout does not allow split shipments for an order. To have product shipped to multiple addresses via self-checkout, the customer should place an order for each address. Contact the GoToTags Store before placing an order to discuss complex shipment requirements.
