Shipment Origins
GoToTags ships to most countries from the US, Canada, and China. US and Canadian inventory ships domestically within those countries.
Check the Specifications tab on product pages for the shipment origin, or contact us before checkout to confirm the origin of your order.
Shipment Tracking
Automated shipping emails with courier information and tracking numbers are sent when available. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email, or view shipment details in your account’s order history.
Note: Tracking systems may take several hours to show shipment movement after the tracking number is created.
Shipping Incoterms – International Orders
Most international orders ship Ex Works (EXW Origin), though some use Free Carrier (FCA) or Free on Board (FOB Origin) Incoterms.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees. Couriers hold shipments briefly before abandoning or returning them if fees aren’t paid. Abandoned shipments aren’t delivered and aren’t refunded. Return shipping fees are deducted from refunds for refused deliveries.
Shipment Delivery Issues
Shipments are checked and documented during packing to ensure successful delivery. For delivery issues, contact us with:
- Order number
- Shipment tracking number
We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve issues. Lost packages due to courier fault will be reshipped or refunded.
Split Shipments
Self-checkout doesn’t allow split shipments. For multiple shipping addresses, please place a separate order for each address. Please contact us before ordering to discuss any complex shipment requirements.
