New, unused, non-customized products purchased from the GoToTags Store can be returned within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
- Products must be in new condition with all original boxes, packaging and documents
- Before products can be returned, the GoToTags Store must authorize the customer’s return verbally or by email
- Products must be returned within 7 business days of return authorization
- Following the return, processing and refund payment can take 5-7 business days
- Original shipping and handling costs are not subject for refund
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the sole discretion of the GoToTags Store

The customer is responsible for the products in transit including damage, lost shipments and delays. The customer is advised to insure the return package and use a shipping courier with tracking. Please include all original material and packing slips in the return shipment.
