Store Returns

To ensure the customer’s convenience and satisfaction, the GoToTags Store accepts returns on new, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

New, unused, non-customized products purchased from the GoToTags Store can be returned within 30 days of delivery to the customer.

  • Products must be in new condition with all original boxes, packaging,and documents
  • Before products can be returned, the GoToTags Store must authorize the customer’s return verbally or by email
  • Products must be returned within 7 business days of return authorization
  • Following the return, processing, and refund payment can take 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping and handling costs are not subject for refund
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the sole discretion of the GoToTags Store

The customer is responsible for the products in transit including damage, lost shipments, and delays. The customer is advised to insure the return package and use a shipping courier with tracking. Please include all original material and packing slips in the return shipment.

Conditions for Return

A product is considered used and not eligible for return if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  • The NFC tag has been written on in any way (formatted, encoded, erased…)
  • The product has been modified in any way (printing, physical changes, cutting…)
  • The product has any signs of wear from usage or handling (scratches, dirt, fading…)
  • Any components are missing or damaged (packaging, documents, parts…)
  • Licensed software in which the final license key has been issued
  • Any other reason that would prevent the product from being resold to another customer

The products sold on the GoToTags Store include a limited warranty if the customer has concerns about a possibly defective product.

Custom Products and Special Orders

Custom products and special orders cannot be returned for any reason. These are products that have been explicitly manufactured for a customer at their request. This includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • Custom printing, engraving, or colors
  • Custom shapes or sizes
  • Custom materials
  • Products not held in inventory at the quantities requested
  • Alternate NFC chip types
  • Encoded NFC tags
