Shipping Estimate

The choice of courier is determined by the GoToTags Store as a part of the order review process and is based on the customer’s requested shipping method and other factors.

The GoToTags Store cannot ship orders within Canada using FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any delivery guarantee made by the courier is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions. Actual delivery times are dependent on the distance of the destination from the origin and are subject to delays.

Customer Shipping Account

The GoToTags Store can ship domestic Canada orders using a customer’s UPS or Purolator shipping account. The shipping cost is billed to the customer’s courier account.

  1. Select Customer Account in the Shipping Methods menu on the GoToTags Store checkout page
  2. Provide the courier account number in the Customer Shipping Account field
  3. Include the desired courier and shipping method within the Customer Order Notes field
