Store Payments

Checks are accepted as payment. Unless payment terms are established, orders won’t ship until checks are received, deposited, and cleared. We’ll contact you to confirm if processing delays are acceptable or to arrange alternative payment.

Include the order number in the memo line and attach a payment advice that details the order.

Most major credit and bank cards are accepted for customer and corporate accounts. Orders are authorized upon placement, then captured after review and invoicing.

Credit Card Fees Credit cards are preferred for orders under $5,000 USD. Orders over $5,000 USD incur a 4% processing fee—consider ACH, wire transfers or checks for larger orders to avoid or reduce fees.

Security Credit cards offer strong security and fraud protection. Use the correct billing name and address to avoid declined transactions. Contact GoToTags if your transaction is declined for unknown reasons.

Offline Processing For phone payment, select Offline at checkout and contact us with your order number.

Saved Cards Save cards to your account profile for future orders. Saved cards work for both self-service and GoToTags-assisted orders. Card information is securely stored—GoToTags employees cannot access card numbers. Update or remove saved cards anytime.
