To ensure the customer’s convenience and satisfaction, the GoToTags Store accepts returns on new, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy
New, unused, non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of delivery with authorization.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be in new condition with original packaging and documents
- Must obtain verbal or email authorization before returning
- Return within 7 business days of authorization
- Processing and refunds take 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- 15% restocking fee may apply at our discretion

Important: You’re responsible for products in transit. Use insured shipping with tracking and include all original materials and packing slips.
Conditions for Return
Products are considered used and ineligible for return if:
- NFC or UHF RFID tags have been written to (formatted, encoded, erased, etc.)
- Products have been modified (printing, physical changes, cutting, etc.)
- Products show signs of wear (scratches, dirt, fading, etc.)
- Components are missing or damaged (packaging, documents, parts, etc.)
- Licensed software with issued final license keys
- Any condition preventing resale to another customer
Products include a limited warranty for defective items.
Custom Products and Special Orders
Custom products and special orders are non-returnable. These are products explicitly manufactured for customers, including:
- Custom printing, engraving, or colors
- Custom shapes, sizes, or materials
- Non-inventory quantities
- Alternate NFC or UHF RFID chip types
- Encoded NFC or UHF RFID tags
